"Pleasant"
The bed was nice, and the concierge was wonderful. They always called transportation for me to go to the nearby hotel to attend the conference daily. There were two desk attendants that was very nice. One treated my husband of 42 years awful.

The bed was very soft and comfortable. The elevator has a nice old timey feel to it. The person at the front desk who checked me in was very kind and answered all my questions. Whenever I called down to the front desk someone answered right away.
