A historic downtown address where amenities and rooms carry old-world character into the present.
Hilton Checkers Los Angeles is a boutique property set inside a restored 1920s building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The hotel leans into a European-inspired sensibility, with classic interiors, intimate public spaces, and a quieter pace than many modern high-rise towers nearby. Guest areas feel composed and traditional, favoring detail over minimalism. A rooftop restaurant and lounge add elevation—both literal and atmospheric—while business facilities and reliable service support city stays. The experience is shaped less by scale and more by proportion, with amenities and rooms designed for travelers who prefer character, walkability, and a sense of place over trend-driven design.
This property has 2 on-site restaurants: 1927 Bar + Kitchen, and Checker's DowntownStay in Los Angeles - Rooms for Every Budget
In every room: Air conditioning · Adapter · Media player · Privacy curtain
